The Craiglea Flat occupies the first and second floors of a Victorian building whose ground floor is the Killin Gallery antique shop. On the first floor: a lounge with colour TV, a dining room, a bathroom, and a kitchen which is well appointed with electric cooker, fridge, water immersion heater, etc. On the second floor: two double bedrooms and a further bathroom with electric shower. This accommodation was recently awarded 3 star grading by the Scottish Tourist Board.
The house is heated by electric storage heaters and convector/fan heaters. The holiday price includes the supply of electricity; all towels and bed linen are also supplied. Safety gates at the top of the stairs will keep children secure, but unfortunately we are unable to make the accommodation suitable for wheelchair access. There is ample private parking behind the building. In response to the wishes of the majority of our guests we have a strict policy of no pets; we also respectfully request that hill-walkers and fishermen remove their boots and wet outer clothes before wandering about the house!
TARIFF: Prices are quoted as all inclusive
per week. Lets are from Saturday to Saturday, and the price band is determined by the month of the arrival Saturday.

A deposit of 10% is required on booking, and the balance paid on arrival. The house would normally be ready for occupation any time after 4pm; when departing we would ask you to vacate by 10am to allow us to prepare the house for those coming after.
